What we do
The Natural Health Service provides and promotes engagement with nature to support emotional, physical and social health. Everyone is welcome! Come to get fit, to stay well, have fun and make friends. You can also be referred by your GP through a social prescription.

How to join us
We have a wide variety of activities to choose from, browse the calendar and find something new or join your regular class! For many of our events you can simply turn up. If booking is required it will be indicated on the activity page.Calendar
