What we do

What we do

The Natural Health Service provides and promotes engagement with nature to support emotional, physical and social health. Everyone is welcome! Come to get fit, to stay well, have fun and make friends. You can also be referred by your GP through a social prescription.

Feel the breeze

We offer a range of activities to help you engage with and benefit from the natural environment within your local community: Befriending • Bushcraft • Cooking classes • Cycling (inclusive, including support for people with disabilities) • Gardening • Health walks • Nature-based counselling • Nutrition classes • Outdoor activity sessions • Practical conservation • Running • Volunteering opportunities
